Referenc Room
Reference room provide are a references book collections such as dictionaries, directories, almanacs, handbooks, encyclopedias, statistical data etc.
Reference book collections can be borrowed with a total of 3 books and a 3-day loan period
Reference Room also equipped with :
E Resource Room which provides 25 computers for free internet access. Where information literacy services are also can be done in this spot. Information literacy services offer library education classes such as: library instructions, literature search, e-resource class and reference manager class
Reference desk: provides 1. online information services (e-document delivery, chat to ask librarian),2. information retrival to find e journal, ebook, repository and other scientific article . 3, user guidance to access ITS Library resources both in printed collection and digital collection, 4. interlibryloan
SNI corner: institution national standarization booth which is a collection of national standard documents from BSN
Ruang referensi menyediakan koleksi buku referensi seperti kamus, direktori, almanak, buku pegangan, ensiklopedia, data statistik, dll. Koleksi buku referensi dapat dipinjam dengan jumlah 3 buku dan jangka waktu peminjaman selama 3 hari.
Ruang referensi juga dilengkapi E Resource Room yang menyediakan 25 komputer untuk akses internet gratis. Layanan literasi informasi juga dapat dilakukan di tempat ini. Layanan literasi informasi menawarkan kelas pendidikan perpustakaan seperti: petunjuk perpustakaan, pencarian literatur, kelas e-resource dan kelas manajer referensi
Meja referensi: menyediakan 1. layanan informasi online (pengiriman dokumen elektronik, chatting untuk bertanya kepada pustakawan), 2. penelusuran informasi untuk menemukan jurnal elektronik, ebook, repository dan artikel ilmiah lainnya. 3. panduan pengguna untuk mengakses sumber daya Perpustakaan ITS baik koleksi tercetak maupun koleksi digital
SNI Corner : gerai standarisasi nasional lembaga yang merupakan kumpulan dokumen standar nasional dari BSN.
