Sebelumnya, pada November 2020 dikukuhkan 8 Profesor, dan 6 Profesor pada akhir 2019 hingga awal 2020.<br>Total tambahan Profesor baru ITS adalah 24 orang dalam 1.5 tahun terakhir. Mulai yang berusia 38 tahun hingga 65 tahun. Mulai bidang Sains, Elektro, IT, hingga Maritim.<br><br>Jumlah profesor aktif ITS saat ini tercatat 115 orang.
